Hello from Australia! Today in Cairns was amazing. I explored the city yesterday, so I wanted something different today. A hostel mate invited me on a boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef this morning, and I couldn't resist. The boat had a glass bottom, allowing us to see everything beneath us as we sailed over the Reef. We all jumped in for a swim, encountering wonderful sea creatures, including dolphins! Tomorrow, I'll start a scuba diving course. Snorkeling was incredible, but diving to the bottom of the Reef would be even better. There's nowhere like it in the world! Has anyone else tried scuba diving? Leave a comment below!
